Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download or digital access, all sales of digital products, downloadable files, templates, and digital publications are considered final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the product link or access is provided.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be verified as returned or destroyed once accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances.

Exceptions and Technical Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. A refund or replacement request may be reviewed and considered within 30 days of the transaction date ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Corrupted or Inaccessible Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or damaged, or if the digital access link fails to work.
  • Major Defects: If the digital product has a technical defect or error that prevents it from performing its core intended functionality as advertised.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a completely different digital product from the one you purchased.
